Our house „LE CORMORAN“ which is parted in four apartments at  Marseillan Plage, is 100 metres from a fine sandy beach. To reach the beach there are no roads to cross. To the Airport Montpellier 45 min, Carcassonne 90 min.

The apartments are well appointed with two bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, toaster, coffee machine etc.), terrace, garden (garden furniture), SAT-TV, DVD Player, private parking. A washing machine you will find in a separate washing room. All apartments are new furnished in 2001, the livingrooms and bedrooms with pine wood furniture.

The apartments at the ground floor have terrace and with garden furniture (chairs, table, two deck chairs, sunshade) and private parking. The apartments on the first floor have terrace with a good view to the sea - also with chairs, table, two deck chairs and sunshade. Thereare plenty of shops - baker, butcher, minimarket etc. - near by (ca. 500 m)

MARSEILLAN-Plage is situated on the Mediterranean coast, bordered inland by the Canal du Midi and the Thau Bassin, and has the good fortune to combine the pleasure of both and has retained its typically southern French authenticity.

In June, July and August you can find a little market every day and a big market every Tuesday. The whole year there is a flea market on Sunday - 15 minutes to walk. You have the possibility to reach restaurants, bars and different boutiques, open air cinema on foot (ca. 900 - 1400 m). A cash dispenser is downtown. At the entrance of the village (2,5 kilometre) there is an amusement park with lots of attractions.
